Refund policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products all sales are final and we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

By purchasing our chocolate, you agree to the understanding that product may bloom (cocoa butter separation resulting in light colored splotches) and/or melt during shipping, though we take utmost care to avoid that. All chocolate is shipped at the beginning of the week and sent via FedEx 2 Day in biodegradable insulated cooler boxes, and freezer packs when necessary.
Once shipment is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we no longer have control over unexpected delays and potential damage.
