 Shipping Schedule

We are an extremely tiny, hand poured chocolate company. We are SLOW FOOD. From growing the cacao to making the chocolate. There are only 2 of us in the factory, both only able to work part time as we also manage the farm and running the business.

Fulfillment times may vary. We do our best to ship within 10 days, but many orders may need items to be made to order.
We will send you a shipping confirmation with tracking number when we're able to get your package out.

Packages are sent via FedEx 2 Day at the beginning of each week, or when the product is available. Shipments are sent wrapped in insulation with a frozen gel pack, but may be postponed due to high temperatures or extreme weather. Your order will ship once we are able to make and send packages with minimal risk of melting.

We do not have control of any packages once they leave our factory, and cannot be held responsible for any damage during transit, or stolen packages. If you do experience an issue, email info@mahiaimade.com with a description of what happened and we may be able to give you a claims release waiver for you to pursue insurance reimbursement from FedEx.
