Fulfillment times are within 1-2 weeks. We will send you a shipping confirmation with tracking number.

Packages are sent via FedEx 2 Day at the beginning of each week, or when the product is available. Shipments are sent in an eco friendly insulated box with freezer ice packs, but on rare occasion may be postponed due to extremely high temperatures of the destination. In which case you will be notified and your package will ship once temperatures cool to a safe enough level to prevent chocolate melt.
