Our 90% Sugar Free Chocolate is deeply dark chocolate, made from only Hawaiian cacao and using a monk fruit sweetener to replace the cane sugar normally used in chocolates.

It has become a favorite for those who need, or want, to watch their sugar intake! Also loved by KETO enthusiasts since it retains the bold flavor palate of dark chocolate without a bitter chalky taste.

We are a no spray farm, and utilize organic ingredients and farming methods to offer you real, simple foods.

Ua Hānai Orchards Hawaiian Cacao and Cocoa Butter
Monk Fruit Sweetener with Allulose (label may still say contains erythritol, but sweetener recipe has switched to allulose)
Sunflower Lecithin (varies between batches, only used if needed)
Hawaiian Vanilla
