We use cacao grown from our own Ua Hānai Orchards, just outside Hilo town along the Hamakua Coast, where the volcanic soils paired with our special fermenting and aging processes (like with wine) produce a rich, fruit forward flavor palate.

Hawaiian sea salt is hand sprinkled along the back of the bar, adding another dimension of flavor to our classic chocolate bars.

We are a no spray farm, and utilize organic ingredients and farming methods to offer you real, simple foods.
This bar is VEGAN and GLUTEN FREE!
