70% dark chocolate is our serious sweet spot! Sorry, we couldn’t resist the pun. ;)
It was the first percentage we used as a base chocolate for all our inclusion bars, and has remained a best seller since opening our business in 2014!

We use cacao grown from our own Ua Hānai Orchards, just outside Hilo town along the Hamakua Coast, where the volcanic soils paired with our special fermenting and aging processes (like with wine) produce a rich, fruit forward flavor palate.

The spice level is well balanced for heat and flavor. If you like hot peppers, this blend of Hawaiian chili and ghost pepper powders will be perfect for you! It comes on slowly, like pāhoehoe, but is soothed by the chocolate before you start saying, " ‘a‘ā!"

We are a no spray farm, and utilize organic ingredients and farming methods to offer you real, simple foods.

This bar is VEGAN and GLUTEN FREE!
