White Chocolate

White chocolate done in our less sugar recipe. We only use real cocoa butter, never substituting it with cheaper oils.
Many people who have said they can't stand the overpowering sweetness of white chocolate have come back for another bite of ours!
It's also been a great compromise treat for parents wishing to steer their kids away from higher sugar rich candies. ;)

2 oz bags of bite size pieces
1 big honu chocolate that is our version of a half size bar. :)

Cocoa Butter
Cane Sugar
Milk Powder
Sunflower Lecithin (varies between batches, only used if needed)
Hawaiian Vanilla
